Paintballing is another old favourite for Hen Parties and heavily recommended by the Henparty.ie team.

Another game that's similar to this is Laser Games where instead of firing paintballs at each other, you get an electronic backpack and a laser gun - when you fire at another person, that other person loses a life.

Even the shyest player will be roaring and shooting with the best of them by the end of the afternoon.

It’s a great work out before a big meal and the biggest surprise of the day is guaranteed to be the quieter members of the teams shouting the orders!
