Pole dancing classes have finally arrived in Ireland having been a popular hen party choice in the UK for many years.
A one-off afternoon pole dancing class is becoming more and more common for Hen Parties and contrary to public belief it is not as seedy as some think!
A good pole dancing teacher will show you the basics; how to perform some beginner moves and then show you how to put them altogether in a routine.
The end result is very funny! Also contrary to public opinion you do not have to wear spandex and knee high boots. Unless you want to of course. A pole dancing class is also one of the best kept fit sessions you will have while laughing.
