"Bridal Bootcamp" a three day intensive weekend programme offers Brides to be an eclectic challenging mix from early morning to late evening sure to yield results for those taking nuptials. The weekend if hosted by Fitness guru and motivational expert Michelle Dixon of Fresh Air Fitness and using the great local resources of Causey Farm, Fordstown, Drewstown House Adventures and even a hiking expedition to the megalithic cairns of Loughcrew. The intensive programme includes a wonderful balance of activities sure to provide a platform for Brides to be or those who need some motivational assistance to turn a new leaf in personal well being. The Headfort Arms Hotel in Kells will provide a base of luxury for the 3 night course. Participants will be given an assessment on arrival and departure to ensure commitment and set goals for the weekend ahead. Activities include Pilates, Hiking, Outdoor Boot Camp Adventures, Farm Fitness, Aqua Fit and winding down with evening time Yoga & Massage.
