Welcome to Newbridge
Newbridge is a cracking place to go for a henparty and it's so accessible from Dublin , Cork, Limerick or Galway. It's only 25 miles from the Capital, just off the motorway and there's a railway station here too.
Situated in the heart of the Kildare countryside there is plenty to get up to, plenty pubs and nightclubs and activities for the day.
The people are extremely friendly and always up for a henparty.
Newbridge was founded in the 12th Century and you may like to know that there is a strong industrial heritage in the area - namely rope and carpet making. These days, of course, it's more famous for it's silverware as a certain rugby player from Cork might tell you. Yes, we love ROG with his cufflinks.
For the daytime there are plenty of things to do - dress up to the nines and go to the horses at the Curragh Racecourse which is nearby or take in an evening at the dogs at the Newbridge Greyhound Track.
There are loads of places to go shopping from small boutique shops to big malls - there is a massive amount of choice.
Are you a sporty hen - then you can play golf at one of Kildare's top courses. There are lakes if you want to get wet - waterskiing maybe or something more leisurely - kayaking perhaps.
Are you cultured - check out what's on at the Riverbank Arts Centre.
Party on all night in one of Newbridge's many pubs, restaurants or nightclubs.
