Walkers and cyclists share the same “Lagan towpath” as they follow the river Lagan and discover a rural sanctuary only a few miles from the city centre.
Billed as one of the top and most popular destinations in Europe, it has every thing an adventurous or even low key Hen party would want, from world class golf courses to cycling the lagan towpath and walking the Belfast hills, Hen Parties are spoilt for choice when it comes to activities.
Belfast could be called Adventure land as it is the perfect place to get the blood pumping as Hens enjoy an action packed break. However, on the other hand if the choice is to go at a slower pace it is easy to soak up the atmosphere at one of the local sporting and without breaking sweat and experience the fun and hospitality that Belfast is famous for.
Be the Hens adrenaline junkies or just on the starter pack, the city and the surrounding area has a lot to offer, from Rock climbing and abseiling to kayaking and canoeing, the combination of mountains and sea allows endless activities to suit all groups.
Every once in a while, the impossible seems like the right thing to do, so here is a chance for the Hen Party to do, maybe not the impossible, more the improbable and soar above the city and surrounding countryside in a helicopter. Corporate helicopters are available for hire for groups and Hen Parties. If the girls want to go all swanky, but are nervous of flying, then chose option B and spend an afternoon skirting the coast in a luxury yacht.
Options are great and Hen Parties will be spoilt when it comes to choice.

While walking is the best way to view the city, there is hop-on, hop-off bus tours for the less energetic.
After dark, the awaking and sensuous Belfast comes out to play. The city has many great clubs and pubs and excellent hotels and a marvellous range of award winning restaurants.
