Learn the art of traditional scone making, perfect finger sandwiches and sumptuous cakes while chatting to friends old and new. Sit down in each other's company and enjoy with a selection of teas or perhaps a coffee too.

Learn to make the perfect ice cream - the class will give you a basic grounding on the ingredients necessary for making the perfect ice cream and techniques to blend your own unique flavours. While the ice cream is freezing we shall also make a selection of homemade cones so as you can all enjoy some of your creations at the end of the class.

The Ultimate Dinner Party Night €110
Sparkling Wine & Canapes to begin before preparing a delicious 3-course meal of Michelin standards. After the lesson you shall be seated at a formally dressed table and serve the food you have just prepared matched with some great wines.

Relaxed Afternoon of Baking €75
Most people love cakes & breads, but few people find the time to make and bake them. However, after attending our baking course together armed with information and recipes about creating alternative style cakes and breads, everyone will be around for treats!

Cupcake Making & Cocktail Shaking €75
If you simply want to spend some quality time with the girls and have some fun - this is the class for you. Create a range of flavoured cupcakes and decorate in many pretty ways. Cocktail Master Class from €55
If you love cocktails you'll live this experience! Discover how to mix cocktails with your own professional mixologist. Learn what equipment you need, how to free pour and organise at home along with a little insight to the history of cocktails. Then it's time to put what you learn into action and create your own cocktails. Many of the cocktail master classes include some nibbles.

Tradional Scones & Jam Making Demonstration €20
Learn to make a really good basic scone receipe and some seasonal jams to taste with them.
