Who are we kidding ladies? The summer is nearly over, we’re into August and the realization that we won’t be heading to the beach or having those after-work drinks & BBQ’s outside for another 9 months is starting to set in.
So, our advice to combat the sadness that comes with the summer ending. Book an incredible Hen Party weekend away with your girls and really let your hair down! Regardless of where you’re thinking of going there are tons of fantastic accommodation options, bars and clubs to send off a best friend in style.

Carrick on Shannon is always a firm favourite with our Hens. You’re always in for a great night in Carrick. But, when it’s time to relax, re-charge and re-fuel the Aisleigh guesthouse is a fantastic choice with excellent food and homely atmosphere. They’ll be sure to help you and the girls have a fantastic Hen Party weekend and we’re sure they’ll help ease any sore heads from one to many cocktails.
A Galway Hen Party is never a bad decision in our opinion ladies. So, if you decide to spend your Hen Party weekend with the Tribesmen, do it in style and stay at the luxurious four-star Clayton Hotel. Stunning and relaxing suites await with fun cocktail classes for the bride-to-be and her hens. And when it’s time to hit the dancefloor, you’re only a short walk from many of Galway’s top nightlife spots.
Staying in Galway ladies and if you’re still trying to decide what unique Hen Party activity. Then we highly recommend the Connemara Pub Tour. This fantastic tour allows Hens to visit the wonderfully scenic and hospitable area that Connemara while enjoying a few drinks and meeting the locals.

Trust us when we say you’ll want to stay in the heart of this wonderful city, close to all the action, tourist spots, shops and of course the nightlife. Kilford Arms has live music every Friday night to help you get your party started and if you fancy singing a bar or two. Then Karaoke is a must on Saturday. There is plenty of free car parking, a fantastic food menu, cocktail classes, and for the night owls in the group, a resident’s bar!
For the Hen that’s looking for a luxurious weekend, to enjoy the finer things in life and simply experience a Zen Hen. Then a trip to Ballygarry House is a must for your Hen and is situated at the foot of the Kerry Mountains and complimented by natural elements and beautifully landscaped gardens. If you’re looking for a real treat on your Hen Party weekend. Doolin in Co. Clare is a wonderful destination for any hen looking for fantastic music, bars and luxurious accommodation options.
The 4-star Hotel Doolin is a popular choice with hens with stylish rooms and self-catering houses. It has one of the most spectacular backdrops in Ireland with the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren National Park.
