Paddy's day is nearly upon us! Definitely one of our favourite times of the year. It's one of the only times of the year where it's practically a sin not to be in the pub all day! So we can't think of a better time to have a hen party than St Patrick's Weekend. Everywhere is bopping so you're guaranteed to have a weekend to remember. Here's everything you need to know if you are having a St Patrick's Day Hen Party!
You Have to Wear Green
Just because you are on a hen party doesn't mean you can deter from the usual green items of clothing on a hen party! We know that you and the girls might be doing another theme too but why not incorporate some green into the theme. Whether it's just a green ribbon on all the girl's hair or a green dress, try to incorporate a little green in there for the day that's in it!
Go To The Local for a Drink or Two
On St Patrick's Day, even the quietest of bars are hopping. So whether you are going to Dublin City or a small town in the middle of nowhere we definitely suggest going for a drink or two during the day to soak up the atmosphere. A lot of bars will have live music for the day. What better way to get the night started then a few pints on our national holiday!
The Local Parade
Okay we know we know, a St Patrick's Day Parade isn't everyone's idea of a hen party but we think its a great way to kick off the weekend in style. Hear us out! A St Patrick's parade will get all the girls into the St Patrick's Day spirit before the wild night begins.
Irish Dancing Activity
Did you ladies know that you can do Irish Dancing on your hen party and what better time to do it than on St Patrick's Day! Just think of it, you and all your favourite ladies learning a jig or two from a trained pro that you can perform later that night or at the wedding! This activity, like all other dance classes, is a brill way get all the girls out of their shell and having the crack. And sure that's what the hen party is all about, fun times!

Of course, we couldn't put together a St Patrick's Day blog without mentioning all the amazing St Patrick's Day cocktails! Whether you decide to make them yourself or you go to a bar for one this is a must for a St Patrick's Day hen party! They are super easy to make and will look amazing in all the pics!
