Terms & Conditions:

*Rates are £25 or €30 per person sharing & are for room only!

*Breakfast can be arranged at an additional charge if requested.

*Accommodation must be prepaid in full at time of booking to guarantee availabilty.

*A Security depost of £50 or €50 is collected on the day of arrival, towards damages or lost keys. This is fully refundable providing the premises is left as found.

*No refunds are given on any dropouts that have prebooked.

*Check in time is 5.00pm and Check out time is 11am unless otherwise agreed.

*Groups can bring their own music & Beverages.

*Bottle openers & Glasses are provided.

*Smoking rooms are available.

*Ice is supplied on request at time of booking.
