Burlesque hen parties are very classy, Lots of Fun and Feathers, No nudity and suitable for all women regardless of age, shape and size, held in our secure and fun environment.

The Whistle Bait Babies at Polercise will show you how to tantalise and tease your way up with the very best of them such as Dita von Teese. Be prepared to release your alter -ego and step into the world of glamour and humour of which is Burlesque.

Our usual hen party lasts one and a half hours; the party will include; wine reception, learning the art of posing, walking, shimmying, glove peeling technique, nipple-tassel twirling (don’t worry - no nudity is required as tassels can be affixed over clothing if preferred), basic chair, of which is then incorporated all in to a dance routine.

We recommend that you have a laugh and dress for the occasion, corsets, suspenders etc although not necessary, the main thing is you wear comfortable clothing and shoes as this is a movement-based class.
