The Grocery, an olde world retreat to enjoy a hen party with a difference.
Our unique hen experience is just the thing to suit the modern hen party.
The Grocery offers craft courses to suit your style and taste.
Examples of recent courses include: Upcycle your wardrobe, Baking (either traditional crafts such as bread making or entertaining cookery), fabulous fascinators, card making, jewellery making, tapestry, Willow Weaving.
Classes cost €30 per person and we can accommodate up to 10 people per group. Classes usually last approx 2hrs and can be packaged with a lunch in The Grocery Cafe.
This is a very olde world experience and ideal for something a little different. Public House on site also. Special Hen lunch with a glass of bubbly included for €45 per person.
