Ingredients:
- Strawberry Jello
- Approx 25 Strawberries
- Water
- Tequila
- Cointreau
- Sugar
- One lime
How to:
The first step is to cut the top off all the strawberries. Then cut off a tiny part of the tip so that you can stand the strawberry upright. Now using a small measuring spoon, scoop out the inside of the strawberry. Dry them gently with a paper towel and line them up on a baking tray.
To make the Jello, combine it with 3/4 cup of boiling water and stir until it has all dissolved. Pour in 1 cup of Tequila and 3/4 cup of Cointreau and stir. Pour this mixture into the hole you made in the strawberry and refrigerate for approx 4 hours. A good idea would be to make them the night before the hen and keep them in the fridge overnight. This way you can simply take them out and serve them up. Fab!
Once the jello is solid take it out and start decorating. Line the rim of the strawberry cup with sugar and stick a small slice of lime on top. This will look great on Instagram girls! ;-)
