The Kinsale Road Train also runs from Pier Road, Kinsale and operates hourly-guided tours throughout the day to Charles Fort. The train is an environmentally friendly way to travel and this inexpensive tour through the most beautiful and fascinating areas of our unique seaside town is a not to be missed experience. Tickets can be purchased on the train.
So take The Red route for a historical guided tour which will take you from the bus stop on pier road, through the colourful town centre along the Scilly Dam, around The Spaniard bar over Ardbrack for spectacular harbour and coastal views and then through the countryside to Charles Fort.
