Fancy being a real high flyer?

Well now you have the chance with the opening of an exciting new river side studio in the heart of Carrick-on-Shannon that’s offering aerial, yoga & paint parties.


Soul Space is one of only a handful of yoga centres in the entire country providing classes in this new type of yoga that uses hammocks strung from the ceiling to enhance the amazing experience.


The fun filled classes will take place in a 2,200sq. ft studio which is located behind Cryans Hotel on the first floor of Carrick Plaza and boasts a large arts and crafts centre as well as a bright New York style loft space for yoga.

ACTIVE SOULS - Includes 2 hrs of yoga & aerial fun— including full use of aerial hammocks, trapeze, hula hoops and juggling supplies in our spacious studios with full instruction.

CREATIVE SOULS - Includes canvas, paints and all supplies and instruction for a fun painting party! Two hours of creativity and your own unique canvas painting to take home.

CALM SOULS - Includes 2 hours relaxation in our comfy studio with yoga, meditation & chanting.

HOLLYWOOD SOULS- Includes a fun photo session with music and fancy dress, while screening a favourite movie of your choice.

Both packages include: Organic wheatgrass shots for all, ‘celebrity’ alkaline water, and professional group photograph. Groups are welcome to bring their own beverages and snacks to enjoy while here.
