Top 5 Outdoor Hen Party Activities

Sometimes the weather in Ireland is actually pretty nice, and it just makes the country even more beautiful! So on days like this, a fun activity would be a great idea for the Hen party! Below are our Top 5 Outdoor Hen Party Activities. Each one is as good as the rest so it’s completely up to which one tickles your fancy. Let’s go!

1. Paintballing

Paintballing is the type of fun activity that lets you shoot your friends. With paintballs of course. All they (and you!) will feel is a little sting...over and over again. But it’s great fun! You all split up into two teams with the first team having to defend an area. The other team will attack the area in a Capture the Flag style. So watch out for the ladies behind cover. Those sneaky shots not only sting, but they can scare the life out of you! Paintballing is a great activity for those fun-loving Hens that want to do something a little more outside the box. But don’t take our word for it. Try it for yourselves!

2. Karting

Karting is a fantastic activity that lets you see who among you is the best driver. Racing along at speeds of up to 80kph, your goal is to simply be the best. Get the best lap time, complete the most laps and finish first in the race. It’s an activity that allows you to have the ultimate bragging rights. It’s sure to bring the fun long after the race is over.

3. Hiking

There are so many places in Ireland for you to take advantage of and go for a nice hike. It’s definitely outside the box when it comes to Hen party activities, but it’s exactly what an active Hen would be looking for. And one of the best parts of hiking is that it’s free of charge. Simply don your most comfortable footwear, wear appropriate clothing for the weather (we all know that the Irish weather can change in a heartbeat) and get up those steps! Your Fitbit will love you!

4. Booze Cruise

What better way to take in the outdoors than by spending your Hen party activity on a boat? Enjoy your favourite drinks while you listen to some great music and enjoy the beautiful fresh air along a river or along the coast. You’ll be loving life on a Booze Cruise and if you’re lucky, might even top up your tan!

5. Zorbing

Ladies, we all remember rolling for a grassy hill when we were kids. How about doing that as adults? Zorbing places you inside a giant bubble and then you get rolled down a giant hill or slope and come crashing down at the bottom! The best part? You don’t feel a thing other than the inertia of spinning out of control down the hill. It’s great fun but might leave you feeling a bit dizzy. Worth it!
