This week’s query comes in from Steph whose friend is an adrenaline junkie

Hi Claire, I’m planning the hen do for my bestie and she is a total adrenaline junkie!! I need to keep her and the rest of the girls happy, any suggestions?

Claire's Advice;
Hi Steph, finding an activity that the bride and the rest of the girls will love can be an issue at the best of times! Trying to keep 20 women happy at the same time is not the easiest of tasks…that said there are a million different activities out there and definitely one to suit all your group.

If your bride is an adrenaline junkie that doesn’t necessarily mean that she wouldn’t love a day at the spa with all the girls and vice versa. Getting together with the other bridesmaids and of course, the bride is crucial before organising the hen. You don’t have to share every intricate detail with the bride, do keep a few things as a surprise but making sure that it is a hen party she will love is essential for success!

If you want to feel the adrenaline pumping through you ziplining through the treetops at 30 or 40 feet is a great choice. Or if she loves the water try to stand up paddleboarding out at sea or white water rafting down a fast river. Buggy racing is another good choice for your friend or you could try a night at the dogs roaring at the greyhounds on the track can also hit the adrenaline spot and will definitely keep the rest of the girls happy. A spin on a rib (rigid inflatable boat) is also perfect for a hen that likes an adrenaline rush. And let’s not forget zorbing! The bride will definitely feel the adrenaline rush while keeping the rest of the girls happy!
