Laughter Yoga is a fab way of getting rid of all that wedding stress on the hen party!

This activity involves all the ladies being led through different Laughter Yoga exercises

where they will be encouraged to keep moving and keep eye contact with everyone in the

group.

What better way to kick off the hen party and let all the group get to know each other than

over a few giggles!
